What this document is
“Solicitud de certificado de empadronamiento colectivo” is the official form of the Ayuntamiento de Marbella (Estadística y Padrón department). With it the city issues a registration certificate covering several people registered at one address, not just one person.
The certificate can include everyone currently registered at the home, or only the people you name — the form has up to nine lines. The form is in Spanish, two A4 pages.
Who applies and where
- a person who is registered at an address in Marbella, or their authorised representative (art. 5 Ley 39/2015);
- the form is printed, signed and submitted to Marbella city hall; the Oficina de Atención al Ciudadano is at Plaza de los Naranjos, 1 (as printed on the form);
- the form does not state processing times, fees or whether an appointment is needed — check with the city hall or its website;
- notifications are sent electronically or on paper; paper is only for private individuals not required to use electronic notification (art. 14 Ley 39/2015).
What the form asks
- applicant: full name, DNI, NIE or passport, notification method, e-mail and mobile or postal address;
- representative — if another person or a firm applies on your behalf: the same details;
- the address in Marbella where you are registered;
- who to include: everyone at the address or a list of up to nine people;
- permission for the city to check data and documents itself, and the date.
What to bring
- the completed and signed form;
- the applicant's identity document (DNI, TIE or NIE certificate, passport);
- if a representative applies — proof of representation and the representative's identity document;
- confirm the exact list of documents with the city hall.
