What this document is
“Solicitud de prestaciones por desempleo de las personas trabajadoras eventuales agrarias en Andalucía y Extremadura” is the official form of Spain’s public employment service (SEPE). It is used to claim unemployment support as a seasonal farm employee in the special agricultural scheme of Social Security (SEASS) living in Andalusia or Extremadura.
One form covers three benefits: the farmworkers’ allowance (subsidio agrícola), its version for people over 52, and the renta agraria. You also tick initial application or resumption. Inside is a declaration of your and your family’s income over the 12 months before applying.
Who applies and where
- seasonal farm employees in the SEASS scheme with an address in Andalusia or Extremadura, registered as job seekers (demandante de empleo) before or when applying;
- subsidio agrícola is for those who received it in one of the last three years; renta agraria for those who did not (according to the SEPE information sheets);
- per the SEPE sheet, the allowance is claimed within 15 working days after the work ends or once at least 12 months have passed since the previous allowance started; renta agraria from the moment you become unemployed, and a repeat claim no earlier than 12 months after the previous one started;
- the form is handed in at a SEPE office; it has room for another registry’s stamp. Minimum days worked (jornadas) and amounts depend on age and family — check sepe.es or the office.
What the form asks
- the benefit and the type of application;
- personal details: name, two surnames, DNI or NIE, Social Security number, date of birth, sex, nationality; country and period if you worked abroad;
- home address and, if different, a notification address; phones and e-mail; bank and IBAN of an account in your name;
- 12-month income in six types for you, your spouse or the children’s other parent and each child; for the subsidio agrícola also for relatives over 16 living with you;
- number of children and relatives under 16, remarks, date, place and signature.
What to bring
- the completed, signed form;
- ID of the applicant and the family members listed (foreigners: passport and NIE document or TIE);
- any bank document showing you hold the account;
- family book or Civil Registry certificates; foreigners — equivalent documents with an official Spanish translation;
- proof of income for the 12 months, other than seasonal farm wages;
- as applicable — child’s disability certificate, foster-care decision, divorce ruling, certificado de empresa (if the employer did not send it), certificate of days worked abroad, AEPSA days certificate, padrón periods certificate (renta agraria).
If SEPE asks for documents, you have 15 days. SEPE must decide within 15 days; with no answer after three months the claim counts as refused — as printed on the form.
How to fill it in with FoxDocs
- Tell the chat in any language which benefit you need, where you live, who lives with you and your income for the year.
- The assistant writes the data in capitals, spreads the IBAN over the boxes, ticks the right options and repeats your name and DNI/NIE in the page headers. It does not compute the TOTAL boxes — add them up by hand.
- Download the PDF, check it, sign it and submit it with the documents.
