What this document is
“Padrón Municipal de Habitantes: Hoja padronal — Hoja de inscripción padronal/modificación de datos” is the official sheet of the Villa de La Orotava town council in Tenerife. It is used to register your residence (empadronamiento), report a move within the municipality or correct personal details. It is in Spanish, two landscape A4 pages: the first is filled in, the second holds the legal notes, instructions, the list of documents and education codes.
One sheet takes up to four people living at the same address. The council accepts it together with its application “Inscripción/Modificación/Renovación en el Padrón Municipal de Habitantes”. FoxDocs only types your data into the boxes of the official PDF and does not change its layout.
