How we use AI
FoxDocs uses Claude (developed by Anthropic) to assist users in completing immigration and legal PDF forms. This page explains exactly what the AI does, what it does not do, and your rights.
What the AI does
- Suggests values for form fields based on your profile data
- Maps your information to the correct fields in each document type
- Flags potentially missing or inconsistent information
- Processes text in multiple languages to extract relevant details
AI assistance is a convenience tool only. Every AI-generated document must be reviewed by you before submission to any authority. FoxDocs does not guarantee accuracy and is not liable for errors in documents you reviewed and submitted.
What the AI does NOT do
- Provide legal advice or immigration guidance
- Guarantee that documents will be accepted by authorities
- Train on your personal data — your information is used only for your active session, and no data is retained by Anthropic after your session ends.
- Make final decisions — all output requires your review and approval
- Store conversations or queries in any learning system
AI limitations
AI may occasionally misunderstand uploaded documents, handwriting, image quality, or non-standard document layouts. Immigration form requirements also change over time — the AI may not reflect the most recent regulatory updates. Always verify completed documents against current official requirements before submission.
Not automated decision-making under GDPR Art. 22
FoxDocs AI processing does not constitute solely automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects. Every AI suggestion is presented to you for review before any document is generated, and no document is submitted to any authority without your explicit action.
Data security during AI processing
- All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
- Processing is limited to generating your requested document
- No personal data is shared with Anthropic for model training
- No data is retained by Anthropic after your session ends. This applies only to AI processing and does not affect your encrypted profile data stored in your own Google Drive.
- Your profile data is stored in your own Google Drive (AES-256-GCM encrypted)
Your rights
- Transparency: you can ask how the AI processed your specific request
- Correction: you can edit any AI-suggested field before generating a document
- Opt-out: you can fill forms manually — contact info@foxdocs.ai
