The PDF has four pages in Spanish: the application (Solicitud), cadastral data of the home and water contract, the registration sheet (Hoja de inscripción o modificación) for one to five residents of one address, and the back of the sheet with instructions. FoxDocs enters your details into the official forms without changing their layout.

- file at the Oficinas municipales de Información y Registro, through the city Sede electrónica with a digital certificate, or via the city phone line 010;
- the procedure is free; the decision is due within three months of the application being registered;
- every adult listed signs the sheet by hand; for minors, their parents or legal representatives sign;
- non-EU foreigners without permanent residence must renew the registration every two years.
What the form asks
- applicant: NIF or passport, surnames, given name; a representative if someone else files;
