1. Who we are
FoxDocs ("we", "us") operates foxdocs.ai — an AI-powered platform for automated preparation of immigration and legal PDF documents.
2. What data we collect
Data you provide:
- Name, date of birth, nationality, passport number
- Address, phone number, email
- Immigration status, visa information, travel dates
- Employment and financial information (required for certain form fields)
- Profile data used for document pre-filling
Data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, session duration, usage patterns, analytics and advertising data (see Section 7).
3. How we use your data
- To fill immigration and legal PDF forms via AI assistance
- To maintain your profile for faster future use
- To communicate with you about your account and orders
- To detect fraud and ensure platform security
- To improve our services based on usage patterns
4. How your data is stored
You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
FoxDocs does not store your payment card data. All payment processing is handled by Dodo Payments, acting as Merchant of Record, under their own Privacy Policy.
Your profile and document data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM and stored in the appDataFolder of your personal Google Drive — an isolated area invisible to other apps. FoxDocs accesses your encrypted appDataFolder only through the Google authorization you grant and can no longer access it once that authorization is revoked.
5. AI processing
We use Claude (by Anthropic) to assist with document completion. Your data is processed in real time to suggest field values. We do not use your personal data to train AI models. No data is retained by Anthropic after your session ends. This applies only to AI processing by Anthropic and does not affect your encrypted profile data stored in your own Google Drive.
6. Data sharing
We share data only where necessary:
- Dodo Payments — Merchant of Record; processes payment, billing, and tax compliance data
- Google — Drive storage (appDataFolder) and Analytics (GA4)
- Meta — advertising analytics via Facebook Pixel
- Anthropic — AI form completion via Claude API; no data retained for training
We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
7. Analytics and advertising
Both are activated only after you provide consent via our cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Google Analytics 4: We use GA4 to understand how users navigate the site. Data may be transferred to the US. Legal basis: Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Opt-out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Facebook Pixel: We use Facebook Pixel to measure advertising effectiveness. Data may be transferred to the US. Legal basis: Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Opt-out: facebook.com/settings?tab=ads
8. Your rights
To exercise these rights regarding data held by FoxDocs, contact info@foxdocs.ai. We respond within 30 days. For billing data held by Dodo Payments, contact Dodo Payments directly.
9. Data retention
- Active account data: retained while your account is active
- After deletion: up to 1 year for legal and fraud prevention purposes
- Analytics data: per Google / Meta standard policies (up to 26 months for GA4)
- Billing data: retained by Dodo Payments per their retention policy and applicable tax law

11. Children
FoxDocs is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
12. Changes
Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance via email or site notice.
