What this document is
“Mudança de Endereço” (DRV – No. 0043) is the official form of the Vehicle Registration Directorate (Diretoria de Registro de Veículos) of DETRAN-RJ, the traffic department of the State of Rio de Janeiro.

Who files it and where

What to bring
- identity document and CPF;
- proof of address (comprovante de residência) for the new address;
- for a company — the CNPJ registration card (cartão de inscrição no CNPJ) and a copy of proof of address of the head office (sede da administração);
