1. About FoxDocs

FoxDocs ("we", "us", "FoxDocs") operates foxdocs.ai — a fully automated, AI-powered platform that helps users fill out official government PDF forms.

FoxDocs is a software tool. It is not a law firm, immigration agency, visa consultancy, or professional advisory service of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FoxDocs. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older, have the legal capacity to enter into agreements under the laws of your country, and are not located in a jurisdiction where use of this service is prohibited by law.

3. What FoxDocs provides

• AI-assisted detection and filling of fields in official government PDF forms
• A personal profile stored in your own Google Drive for faster form pre-filling
• Document generation and download for self-submission by the user

4. No legal or immigration advice

Specifically, FoxDocs does NOT:

• Advise you on which visa, permit, or form applies to your situation

• Assess your eligibility for any immigration status or benefit

• Represent you before any government authority, embassy, or immigration office

• Guarantee that any completed form will be accepted by any authority

• Review or verify the legal correctness of the information you enter

For questions about which form to use, eligibility requirements, or legal consequences of any application, consult a licensed immigration lawyer or accredited professional in your jurisdiction.

5. AI disclaimer

FoxDocs uses Claude (by Anthropic) to assist with form field detection and autofill. AI technology is imperfect and may make errors, misplace data, misread fields, produce inaccurate output, or fail to correctly interpret handwriting, image quality, or non-standard document layouts.

• AI output does not constitute solely automated decision-making under GDPR Article 22.
• Every suggestion is presented to you for review before any document is produced, and no document is submitted to any authority without your explicit action.

6. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information you enter
• Reviewing every AI-generated document before submitting it anywhere
• Ensuring that documents comply with requirements of the relevant authority
• Compliance with immigration, data protection, and all other applicable laws
• Keeping your account credentials confidential and secure

FoxDocs does not verify, certify, or validate the information you provide. We are not liable for consequences arising from errors in data you entered, reviewed, and chose to submit.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Enter false, fraudulent, or knowingly incorrect information into any form
• Use the platform to prepare documents intended to deceive any authority, institution, or person
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform using automated tools
• Resell or sublicense access to FoxDocs without written permission
• Use automated bots or scripts beyond normal individual use
• Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others

8. Data and Google Drive storage

Your profile and document data is not stored on FoxDocs servers:

• Data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM before leaving your device
• Encrypted data is stored in the appDataFolder of your own Google Drive — an isolated area invisible to other apps
• FoxDocs accesses your encrypted appDataFolder only through the Google authorization you grant and can no longer access it once that authorization is revoked

You can revoke FoxDocs access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. FoxDocs does not store your payment card details.

9. Payments and billing

Merchant of Record:

• Your purchase is also governed by Dodo Payments' Buyer Terms. On payment-related matters, Dodo Payments' Buyer Terms take precedence over these Terms.
• Automatic renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel auto-renewal through your account settings at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
• Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

10. Refund policy

Refund requests must be submitted to info@foxdocs.ai within 30 days of the transaction date, including your order email and a description of the issue.

• EU / EEA consumers: If you are a consumer in the European Union or EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, processed through Dodo Payments' compliance workflow. The withdrawal right does not apply if you have already downloaded a generated document, as the digital service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.
• Chargebacks: Please contact us at info@foxdocs.ai before initiating a chargeback. Most billing issues are resolved faster through a direct refund request. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

11. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOXDOCS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FOXDOCS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12. Intellectual property

All platform content, software, AI workflows, and interfaces belong to FoxDocs or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform. You retain full ownership of all personal data you provide and all documents you generate.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FoxDocs is not liable for:

• Rejection, delay, or denial of any immigration application, visa, or permit by any authority
• Errors in AI-generated content that you reviewed and chose to submit
• Any legal, financial, or immigration consequences arising from documents generated using FoxDocs
• Loss or corruption of data stored in your Google Drive
• Service interruptions or technical failures outside our reasonable control
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. EU/EEA consumers retain their mandatory statutory rights.

14. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you submit false or fraudulent data, violate the Acceptable Use section, use the platform for illegal purposes, or initiate fraudulent chargebacks. For non-critical violations we will provide reasonable notice before taking action. Immediate suspension is reserved for fraud, illegal activity, or security risks to other users.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Deletion removes your FoxDocs account and Google Drive authorization. Data stored in your Google Drive remains under your control.

15. Changes to these Terms

We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or prominent site notice before any material change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FoxDocs is operated. We will always attempt to resolve disputes informally first — contact us at info@foxdocs.ai. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of habitual residence, which take precedence over this clause where required by applicable law.
